Okay So after seeing the balance updates it's time for me to write my opinion about the balance change

Executioner: Damage -6%, Range to 4.5 (from 5), axe hit radius -10%

Yup the Executioner definitely needs a nerf but the tiny 0.1 knockback is still there so maybe Supercell can fix that soon. I also think that the executioner should die to a Giant skeleton's bomb.

Poison: Duration to 8sec (from 10sec), Damage per second +24%

As long as Giant Poison does not become META again then I think this is a good buff. Kills skeletons in one pulse

Witch: Damage +6%

I got nothing to say too much but we have got another counter to the graveyard

P.E.K.K.A: Deploy Time to 1sec (from 3sec)

Okay after trying out the P.E.K.K.A this to me is more of a buff than a nerf but I think she stills needs a buff maybe a 6% damage buff and a 3.85% health buff.

Dark Prince: Hitpoints +5%

This is good and all but the Dark Prince needs a way bigger buff for this card to be useful. Give it a 3.5% damage buff so the Dark Prince can knock off the Guard's shield in one hit and a 5% or 10% shield health buff so his shield can survive one extra hit from the crown tower.

Baby Dragon: Range to 3.5 (from 3)

Okay that is a good buff but maybe decrease his attack speed to 1.4sec so he can kill minions faster and a 5% damage buff because sometimes at certain levels baby dragons take 9 hits to kill each other rather than 8.

Skeletons: Skeleton Count to 4 (from 3)

Hurray Ledoot finally decides to return to his skeleton friends this card now will provide more defensive options. OJ will be happy

Skeleton Army: Skeleton Count to 15 (from 16)

It's pretty obvious that Ledoot left the army 

What I want next for Future Balancing (The Most)

-Knight: Damage Increase by 20% and Health Increased by 13.7%, 16% or 18.3%

-Giant Skeleton: Increase Health by 20% or 15%, damage by 8% or 12% and death damage by 5.6% (death damage increase will allow the executioner to die in one bomb)

-Lighting: Elixir cost decrease from 6 to 5 and damage decrease by 7.6%

-Dart Goblin: Damage increase by 6% and health increase by 10% or 14%

-Bomb Tower: Hit speed decrease to either 1.4 sec or 1.3sec

-Arrows: Travel speed increase by 25%

-Freeze: Cost decreased to 3 elixir, duration decreased to 3 sec.

-Fire Spirits: Health decreased by 2% and damage decrease by 6% (deals the damage as zap)

-Tesla: Health increased by 10% damage increase by 10% range increase to 5.7 from 5.5.

-Guards: Damage and health increase by 2% hit speed decrease to 1.1sec.
