So that fix a strange thing at tournament caps that Inferno Dragon have lower health than Baby Dragon despite being bigger, increased it hitpoints by 10% so this strange thing no longer happen again

Balloon: Death Damage +105%, Death Damage explosion radius +50%
-That way , it can defeat minions , archers etc back after they kill the balloon .
Wizard: Hit Speed to 1.4sec (from 1.6sec), initial attack comes 0.2sec slower
-In higher arena , wizard did not seems much to use , a hit speed buff is a quite good choice and make it easier to attack and pair up with other troops ( P.E.K.K.A.. Wizard )
Giant Skeleton: Damage +8%
-One shot Goblins like sp264cr wish !
Lumberjack: Hitpoints +6%
-Not really much to say with this troop because I never use it before .
Bomber: Damage +4%
One shot archers like sp264cr wish again !
Mortar: Boulder explosion radius +11%
-Can't really understand ...
Mirror: Level 8 Mirror will create max level +1 cards (again)
-Reverted back the temporary fix I think .
A few question ! How you guys feel with all this buff ?
